  11. 1. Copy 3D effects library CTL3D.DLL from distribution to \WINDOWS\SYSTEM
  12.    directory if one is not present there. If you already have this library
  13.    feel free to delete an obsolete copy.

  15. 2. Copy QTASKMAN.EXE into Windows directory.
  16.  
  17. 3. Add the line into [boot] section of SYSTEM.INI
  18.  
  19. [boot]
  20. Taskman.exe=qtaskman.exe
  21.  
  22. 4. Restart Windows (if it is running).
  23.  
  24. 5. Double click on the desktop or press Ctrl+Esc to show QTaskman.

  26. 6. Press F1 to get help.
